Request to be a Vendor

We love hearing from local farmers, makers, and producers who are interested in sharing their products with our community. Appalachian Homestead thoughtfully curates its inventory to support clean, healthy, and sustainable living, while ensuring a balanced and diverse product mix.

To be considered, please complete the vendor request form below. This helps us understand your products, how they may fit with our current offerings, and whether there’s space for additional vendors in that category. At times, we may limit new vendors to avoid duplication and maintain a well-rounded selection.

Vendor partnerships operate under commission-based agreements, with details negotiated during the review process. Vendors are responsible for acquiring and maintaining any required permits or certifications, including applicable farmers market or cottage food approvals, proper labeling, and any other relevant State or local qualifications.

Submitting a request does not guarantee placement, but we appreciate every inquiry and will follow up if there’s a potential fit.
